Just wanted to give Stern a shout out. I wrote them this morning because a Jurassic Park Premium I bought had a damaged plastic. They didn’t just send me a replacement, but they did it very quickly and for free.
I had a Razor ring light die the other day, and getting warranty support was an absolute nightmare. I literally spent a week going back and forth with them. It’s so weird to be treated well, I just wanted to publicly thank Stern for it.
