Jurassic Park (Premium)
Stern, 2019Just wanted to give Stern a shout out. I wrote them this morning because a Jurassic Park Premium I bought had a damaged plastic. They didn’t just send me a replacement, but they did it very quickly and for free.
I had a Razor ring light die the other day, and getting warranty support was an absolute nightmare. I literally spent a week going back and forth with them. It’s so weird to be treated well, I just wanted to publicly thank Stern for it.

This was my experience as well when a tiny plastic spacer part went AWOL after I did a compete rubber replacement on my Stern TMNT. They responded very quickly and sent out a replacement part plus extras. Super happy with my game and Stern's support.
