I am working on building up a game, and based on other parts/plans I had a leftover stern shooter rod. So I figured i would try it in the WPC cabinet I acquired. Mounting hole in the WPC cabinet fits the stern shooter and is in the approximate location, so I had hope, but when I put my playfield down the shooter tip sits about 1/4 to 1/2" inch high. I am using WPC hangers on the PF and the WPC lockdown bar so I don't think it is a PF angle/locating thing. So I was wondering if anyone else has tried this, and found the same thing. If anyone has access to both, knowing the distance between the center of the shooter rod to the bottom edge of the mounting hole on both shooters would be good information.

I have a Stern shooter in my Elvira, and yes rod is about 1/2 inch to long, but it dose work and looks better than chrome bally/Williams.
I just have to when lifting up Pf pull plunger back.

I’m hoping to put my whole Stern Iron Maiden Shooter Assembly in a Twilight Zone. Will this work?
