Wow! That QR code does take you to the Stern website and it says"The page you are looking for can not be found or is no longer available". I'll take that to mean "Not yet available".

yep, I would say so! release announcement anytime now. Since it say's AMC in the logo not sure about it being tied to the comic, so I am curious how the art package will look like.

The 15% off code will likely only be for swag.
With the new stern shop, I am sure they will roll out tshirts, posters, etc.
They don't sell games direct so likely they won't start with TWD at 15% off no less.
