I am finally getting around to rebuilding the Power Control Board on my Stern Stars which is basically a Bally -18. I am short one Bridge Rectifier since I had to replace the one I damaged in my Seawitch. The kit calls for 35A 200v Bridges. The local electronics store only has a 40A 200v Bridge. I believe I can go up in the Voltage but can I also go up in the Amp rating?

Yes -- assuming it physically fits
