Quoted from o-din:

I've been playing the heck out of my 90s version, No Fear, which kinda fills the need for something more modern in theme than the antique movies and bands pinball companies are peddling as of late.

No Fear is a pretty fun game that’s underrated. If it was a theme that appealed to more people, that machine would be a lot more pricey.

FYI, the reserve has been met.
Only a day and a half left for bidding.
Should be interesting.

Bid is at $31,000 now with just over 18 hours to go.

That's my bid.

My advice is to wait until the last minute to bid so people don’t run you up.

What type of auction end is this? Is there live bidding? If there is live bidding, I definitely wouldn't pre bid. Wait and hopefully your patience is rewarded.

It’s a live floor auction.
I.E. a real auctioneer calling the auction before an audience of preregistered bidders approved for bidding live in person. They also have live online bidding software to bid live in real time while the auction is happening via the internet, proxy bidding (pre bids) as well as agents executing live phone bids for special clients.

They are a really big Auction company that auctions just about every kind of collectible you can think of.

I was searching YouTube for Supreme pinball and came across this:

Has anyone seen this? Do you really think he was scammed? Did he make this up? Hard to tell because he looks fairly genuine in his reaction and emotions.

I’ve seen that.
It’s actually been linked to the multimedia section of the games profile for some time now, lol.

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

Where did you get the 100 figure?
I didn’t think anybody knew how many of these were made.

The production figures that I have seen thrown around are quite confusing at this point in time and all over the place.
There’s a lot of conflicting data in various articles, posts etc.
One article I read said that it was going to be limited to only 500 machines, but also states that it’s uncertain if that many were made. Another article I read says only 12 were made while another article claims 14 were made. The profile of the game on this website says 200 units produced but I’m not sure where that data came from.

My gut feel is that the number is really quite small or you would see more of them for sale on the secondary market.
Then again, these were marketed to a different demographics and maybe people who have them just are not selling them.

Maybe somebody in the know can chime in on this. Then again, maybe the intention is to keep it a mystery.

Some poor mentally ill person actually BID on this.[quoted image]

Actually two people have bid on it so far.

I guess we now know what someone is willing to pay for one of these at auction.

Quoted from cottonm4:

Not really.
I stood behind a guy who bid $5100.00 for a Game Plan Cyclopes. It shipped to a California buyer for $5200.00 + any other costs.
A few weeks later, a Cyclopes sold at auction in Washington state for $3,000.00. You never can tell.
But, yeah, this auction probably threw some cold water on other people who own this pin.

Auction prices are a funny thing.
They are not necessarily a direct indication of what the market value is on an item.
What they are an indication of is what two people (high bidder and underbidder) were willing to pay for that item on the day of the auction.

Quoted from AFM95:

I didn't buy this pin to impress my friends and family; I bought it to get laid.

I’ve dont dumber shit to get laid.
Maybe not as expensive, but certainly dumber.

Well duh. Pretty sure same is true for every new pin.

The exception might be Thunderbirds.

For those of you interested in seeing actual gameplay.

I actually think it looks pretty fun.
The sounds are friggin awesome.
