Personally happy to see Stern get the game out to distributors, then an official launch of game. Sales and pick up same day.

Don’t worry about a loss on resale. Some bigger than others
A glut of new games with more coming equals secondary market deals
Buy what you like. If you have to worry about resale you shouldn’t be putting $$$ down in the first place
Or get more people to route games, make some money, then sell and be ahead. A hot title will be in your favor!
