Oh, I should add this this game has an Alltek Ultimate MPU. I set the dip switches according to the instructions for this game & checked it twice. Also checked the tilt switches for normal settings. I'm guessing the problem lies elsewhere?

Didn't think to check the plumb bob, but would the first ball play if that was the culprit? I'll check everything again when I get the chance.
