I owned Star Wars and enjoyed the game, but there is a part of me that was extremely disappointed? This was not Stern’s or Steve Ritchie’s best foot forward. The layout was a poor man’s ACDC Pro.

Every game plays completely different! So what? The layout is a small part of the pinball experience, stop giving so much credit to a layout. The point isn’t whether they feel the same, it’s that Steve was sleeping at the wheel when he designed this game. For many of us, this is the pinnacle of themes and it deserved more. I love ACDC pro by the way! This game feels like it was treated like any old BS Stern title........This is Star Wars people! In no way does Star Wars come to life on that playfield. Thank god they got the music and film assets other wise it would have really been a disaster. I love Steve, but he has not put out a great game since Star Trek.......Don’t even get me start of BKSOR!
