Quoted from Toine79:

Still wondering which model I will buy: pro or premium.

I went pro and really enjoy the game play and the cost savings. The hyperloop is really cool but I struggle to find it worth $1k+. That said if I found a good deal on a premium I'd get a premium.

Curious if any of you Pro to Premium/LE converts regret your decision? I'm considering doing the same.

This was a very nice thread that a fellow pinsider made when doing a clear drop on his Ghostbusters. He took some very nice pictures and it shows that tab that was spoken of that needs to be made opaque for the opto.

great find - thanks for the share - those are a no brainer on Ghostbusters - Where have people found replacement drop target decals for Star Wars?

Quoted from crujones4life:

I had to order an entire decal set from Stern.

I may take a crack at scanning them and printing some new ones

I don't know... the comic art pro apron has this fine Luke staring at you whilst you play - this alone sets it far and beyond as the clear winner for best version..

OG Art is better.. obviously

I don’t think I’ve see many spinner decals for this game and I thought a Han frozen in carbonite felt right.

holy cow that is nice, i always thought the factory spinner decal was lame, how did you do this?

I made them with a printer and vinyl cutting machine. Printable adhesive backed paper and a layer of mylar on top. You don't need the vinyl cutter.. scissors would do just fine...

here are the images I used - final dimensions need to be 23.5mm wide x 30 mm tall

What do you mean when you say the ramps are closer? I’ve never played a premium but the ramps look like they are in the exact position on both.

Or are you taking about the hyperspace jump ramp?

Hello my fellow Star Wars brethren - I'm looking to up-trade my 2021 Pro for a Premium in the Chicago area - would also buy outright. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

Hi All- I was attempting to realign the right scoop so that upon eject the ball would find the left flipper more often and when I tried to tighten the screws, one wouldn’t not tighten down.

I think I’ve read that in these situations you can put a bit of toothpick in the screw hole. Is this the best approach? Or do you have any other proven methods you’d recommend.

Thanks!

Quoted from Rum-Z:

I usually have to shove the ends of about 3 toothpicks together into a stripped out screw hole in order to totally fill the hole. I coat the toothpicks in a quality wood glue before I shove them in there. I then let them dry thoroughly, and I use a wire cutter to cut them off as close to the playfield as I can. Then I sand the remaining ends of the toothpicks flat with the bottom of the playfield (this is all done with the object that the screw was securing removed). I then reinstall the object the screw was securing and use the hole in the mounting flange for a template and I reinstall the screw.
This has been my method of restoring stripped holes in the bottom of playfields for the past 15 years that I've been in the hobby, and it's worked great for me.

Thank you!

Quoted from Loganpinball:

I have had a few requests to make wireforms for the pro model. I am getting a plasma cutting table that will enable me to make the steel ramp entrances that the premium models have and that would enable me to make wireforms for the pro model. I am trying to gauge interest in these as a mod. I got a post in my Tron development thread about this and the ramp lights I am using. Thoughts? Pictures of the mando rails and then the Tron rails showing lights that I can add to star wars ramps.

I would be interested depending on the price

Quoted from Kobaja:

Which exact model is this?

My guess based on size is it's the hotwheels diecast - https://www.amazon.com/Hot-Wheels-Advanced-Prototype-Die-Cast/dp/B00NZAW5VE/ref=pd_lpo_2
