Quoted from ATLpb:White speaker grill backing. A couple more small mods to go. Filfthy yellow cards are next to go.
Did you buy these, or mod them yourself? Looks great!
Quoted from ATLpb:Thanks. I make them myself on any Spike2 game I get. I enjoy improving blank undesigned/lazy spots in the game where eyes often go. On Spike2, the speaker grills come from the factory like a big blank barren wasteland...
Nice. What kind of material did you put behind the grill?
Quoted from Pinballlew:Any OP's care to share how Star Wars is doing for you on location? If so what model? Thanks!
I have a pro in my bar in Wichita KS, and its the top earner out of the 7 games so far. There's always people playing it and standing around watching.
Are any of you having much luck consistently backhanding the Death Star loop from the left flipper? That damn gate always jams me up. Curious what other peoples experiences are like.
I just bought one of the Ghostbusters mirror mods to put on the back wall in an attempt to see the top lanes a little easier. Ill post pics of it tonight once I get it installed. I'm gonna put some mirror blades on the side walls, so I figured it wouldn't look too out of place.

Quoted from TheLaw:I think it's just the angle rattles the gate so it seems liek the gate is to blame.
Ah, that could very well be true. I'll take a closer look tonight and see.
Has anyone with a pro version had a problem with the pins on the death star loop going up at strange times? I noticed it a little bit in .92 and again still in .93.
A couple of players on my SW Pro at my bar have reported that the pins below the death star have been sticking and not going down all the way. The left pin appeared to be higher than the right one. It works fine in switch test, and definitely doesnt do it all the time. Has anyone else had a similar problem with the pins not dropping all the way down?
Quoted from Jarbyjibbo:The last 10-15 pages have quite a bit of discussion on that topic for your reference (minus one being higher than the other, I don't remember seeing that posted).
Hmmmm, I thought most peoples problem was the fork switch on the LE/Premium not sending the ball up into the Death Star. I'll go back and take a closer look. If its just a software bug, that's fine, I'm just hoping its not an issue with my machine. Thanks for the tip.
Quoted from speederice:On the Pro, I keep having an issue where the screw pops out in the left corner of the back of the right ramp. No big deal, but I am operating it on location and have had two service calls where the screw popped out, fell into one of the switch holes in the top rollover switches, and the ball got stuck. I left the screw out of the ramp for now, but is anyone else having issues with loose parts?
Minor problems but I have also had the bottom screw come out of my spinner bracket and a few LEDs shake loose.
I haven't had a problem with those particular screws, but the screws that hold the double posts on the Death Star on keep falling off. Ill get a call that the posts wont release and everytime, the spring and screws are in the bottom of the cabinet.
