Quoted from GeminiGuy:A full four weeks into SWP ownership, I have finally destroyed the Death Star (once, via Endor) and gotten to my first victory multiball. Wizard, I clearly am not. It is amazing to me how I can play a series of games on this machine which are just absolute crap and then out of nowhere, I'll be breaking a billion or two and everything seems to break my way.
Wait till you fully understand and can put into use the roaming multiplier. Billion point shots will be the norm.
I agree the prem/le is the way to go. The pro flows better and is easier but the prem/le is much funner and more gratifying. Hyperspace is one of the best shots in pinball.
Quoted from RPZ:Ok guys, just spoke to kapsreiter and even though he is sold out, he has advised that he would be happy to do another run but will need 10+ orders for it.
I’m happy to start a list and hopefully get the number so anyone interested can get one.

Quoted from RPZ:Hi Guys,
Tom ended up getting a batch in, but for some reason didn’t post it here. Please contact him direct via PM, if you are still interested in purchasing one.

I just purchased one from him. Thanks for the heads up!
Quoted from Mad_Dog_Coin_Op:Thanks, that actually might be a better option. I like the sculpt of the Stern one better but the rod coming out of the neck seems odd. Your choice seems to be the better package. Anyone have the Stern one installed for a comparison?
Wow what a game I just had. The adrenaline is seriously running through me. Let me just say its been a while since I played SW. It was my first pin bought last Aug and I have gotten 4 more pins in the last 6 months for a total of 5 now.
1st game today was a dud and just a warm up. 2nd game blew my mind. Everything was on point. I was hitting the roaming multiplier like a maniac and hitting every shot. 3 victory mutliballs. Got to the Emperor for only the 2nd time ever and beat him for the 1st time ever! What a BLAST!!! Factory settings on 3 ball play.

Quoted from rai:Great story!
Also great collection you have!
Imo adding pins is fun much harder to sell anything.
I will say selling my AcDc premium was not easy but it allowed me to get the SW comic premium.
Thanks! For me I had to buy pins that would be bolted to the floor. I have a star wars room so SW was a given and my 1st pin. I built a mideveil type pinball dungeon so I got LOTR, Hobbit, GOT, and POTC to fill that out. Anything past that I am literally going to have to add on to my house and in that case I would be able to buy/sell. Not sure if you checked out the gameroom thread but mines in there but without POTC updated.
20200619_163349 (resized).jpgQuoted from PinMonk:When you have a hot game where everything flows it's great. But if every game were like that, it wouldn't be memorable when it happens, so we have to be satisfied with it happening seemingly randomly.
100% agree. I have only had 1 comparable session to it where I did get to Jedi multiball, just didn't defeat the Emperor, and got close to 14 bil GC. Even that game though all cylinders didn't click like this last one did. Also I got to say you are the MAN for making those quiet fans I have put in all my Stern games!
Quoted from rai:I understand but wouldn’t calm that a roaming shot. It’s a movable shot.
A roaming shot is something that moves by itself.
(roaming definition: moving about aimlessly or unsystematically)
Correct, I didn't articulate it well. Movable multiplier would be more just.
Quoted from Oneangrymo:Adding stern insider is definately pretty awesome but I still hate that death star shot on the LE. Any tips to improve the accuracy of that shot? I can barely if ever backhand it, and the right flipper misses it > 80% of the time, hate that shot.
I found the adjustments about 2 yrs ago in this thread. I don't see a key post for them though. 2 main adjustments to get it consistent. I can hit it around 90% of the time on a good shot from the right flipper and about 75% of the time on a backhand from left flipper.
1) The right pitch is key. On my digital inclinometer I show 7.1 towards the flippers, 7.0 in the middle of playfield, and 6.9 higher towards the ramps. Pic below of what my bubble shows.
2) There is a nut you can loosen holding the up ramp. Its right below the deathstar on the left side. Move that up ramp even with the medal above it. Or even a tiny bit higher than it. Once you find the right height just tighten the nut to secure it for good. Pic below of nut to loosen.
This game is very finicky with pitch so once you fi d the perfect pitch remember what it is in case you ever need to readjust.
Also to the person having a hard time with the orbits. The right orbit is kinda hard but are you able to backhand the left orbit? I can usually backhand the left orbit from a cradle about 90% of the time. If you can't I would try messing around with the pitch of you game.
