There are target support brackets you can either buy or 3D print. I made one a while back for the SNIKT target on Deadpool

OK I have found some .stl files on Google, thanks for the tip.
Need to find someone with a 3D printer now!

Quoted from Da-Shaker:Is there a count down timer that you can see, to know when your multiplier is going to expire?
Just the rapidly flashing multiplier arrows, plus the audio warning. And the display (at the top center) will reset back to 2x, but when that happens, you've still got a grace period of about three seconds to refresh it.

Thanks. I haven’t noticed the rapidly flashing multiplier arrows yet. I’ll have to check it out.

Upgraded my LE with the replacement arch to utilize the Insider Connected scanner. Loving it and integrates well.

At least you can silence it.
sadly for such a great game the only real weak spot is all the stuff on the video screen. the asteroids and the mystery animation both detract from the overall experience.
I like the video mode. It’s nice there’s different levels and has the ability to fly faster with the action button. It’s difficult to master. I’m always getting slammed by asteroids.
I feel like the video mode and the hyper-loop both call back The Getaway, but the rest of the layout not-so-much.
Glad some folks like dodging asteroids! .
Has anyone had an issue where the fork ramps for the deathstar get a little bend in them? I assume this is from shots hitting the back of them, but I’ve never seen another Star Wars with the bends that mine have. I can’t find replacements, so I will try to flatten them, but I’m curious if this is a thing.

I worked on a Star Wars a few years back that had the same problem. I just bent it back and it never happened again. I forgot if I needed to remove the fork or not.
I was swapping some rubbers and I'm not sure if I reassembled the lcd tv screen back together appropriately (premium). Can some snap a pic of the back of the lcd tv, showing the rear plastic and screw assembly / flood light.
Thank you

Quoted from Flippersaurus:What's the smaller red font numbers that pop up under your score while you're playing?
those numbers are showing the score of the last switch you hit
Regarding the screen... I mounted mine about a half inch toward the player. This gives better pop bumper visibility and hides the red glare off the leds. Easy to do.
Does anyone know how many comic art Premiums were made? I've only ever seen one and I think it was really low.
Do hitting force target letters carry over from one ball to the next?
For example, if I hit F O R and then drain, do those shots carry on my next ball?
Meaning that I only need C & E to qualify the first reward being the light mystery scoop shot

Nobody knows for sure, but the most common guesses are either 500 or 1000.

They do not carry over like that. They reset at the start of a ball. However there's the skill shot there, if you hit the one roving lit target, it counts as completing all of FORCE.
Note that the playfield lights (when the skill shot isn't active) don't follow the individual targets - they follow how many total completions you've made. If the lamps for F O R are on, that means you completed them three times (the third lights video mode) and are working on the fourth (double multipliers.)
New to the SW club - got it for my 6 yr old but we ALL absolutely love our LE!
Besides the cheater left outlane post mod - which I have but have not yet installed, how many other simple tweaks can I do to decrease the brutal and constant draining (left and right outlane and SDTM)? Everything seems to happen so damn fast, I'm wondering what degree of PF most guys like.
I set my ball save timer way up and feel like a huge wimp for having done so, but I can straight plunge 3 times in a row into the left outlane. It's insane. Love the game but that aspect is a little frustrating/annoying.
Any tips would be appreciated!
Cheers,
Eric in the Cold
I had the easiest setting installed for the first six months. no shame. definitely adjust your lane posts if you haven't. That shooter to the left lane still happens all the time, you can try bumping it away, but usually it just gives you another ball so I got use to it. Don't get many straight down the middle anymore, really those flippers are closer together than you think! But ultimately it's just a wicked fast game and as you play you will slowly learn the geometry and anticipate those crazy fast balls before they even arrive. Welcome to the club and May the force be with you!
Below is what I recently sent Stern about the 6 year old Tie Fighter Multiball bug. I have owned 2 NIB Pros and both exhibit the same exact behavior.
I noticed awhile back that when Tie Fighter Multiball starts (by using action button to destroy Tie Fighters during the button mashing minigame) the game will put 2 balls in the shooter lane before shooting them into play (unexpected behavior). This bug is 100% re-creatable every time.
***If Tie Fighter Multiball starts (not due to the Tie Fighter mini game with the action button...so just hitting stand-ups) then only one ball is put into the shooter lane before shooting it into play (expected behavior).
This is a really old bug that has never been addressed but seems like it should be easy enough to fix. Thanks guys!

my premium never ever plunged into the left outlane
the ball hits the middle TIE target and then the force targets. Im using the action button for it, not the manual plunger.
does anyone have red convolux installed? if yes, would be so kind to post a short gameplay video? thanks!
I just got a premium. OMG, loving this game. Especially now that I understand it better. I do have the autoplunger sending the ball to the left outlane. Happens in multiball all the time. It's a perfect swish! I thought no biggie, I'll just adjust the autoplunger power a little and send the ball on a different trajectory. But I don't see a power adjustment for that in the menu. Sounds like this is a somewhat common issue. What have people done to address this?

Feature adjustment #2, right eject power
Quoted from Da-Shaker:Feature adjustment #2, right eject power
Sorry, this was incorrect and does not operate the plunge.
Speaking of right eject power, is there a recommended setting? After waiting more than I’d like for R2 to work his magic he ejects straight between the flippers half the time.

Turn it down until it hits right flipper or up until it hits left flipper (where it should hit per Steve Ritchie). Also give yourself a 1 second ball save after the scoop...then if it goes right between the flippers you get your ball back.

Mine hits the right sling and bounces to the left flipper. I thought it was supposed to until I read all these posts. At least it doesn't drain. Everything else I do seems to drain like mad! Such a tough, fun pin.

Try a little more pitch might lessen your outlane drains.
I’ve seen people talk about battling the emperor before on here, when is that? I completed everything tonight except for Boba and didn’t quite get all the way through lightsaber duel. First time running through all the planets in one game, and starting both hyperspace and tie-fighter multi-ball twice. Was battle the emperor the mini wizard Death Star and I wasn’t paying attention to that, is that the Jedi multi-ball, or something else all together? I have gotten better as of late and I am on the verge of getting to a few wizard modes on a couple of local games lately. I really don’t want to YouTube this and ruin anything.

I see several things on the screen throughout the game and I have no idea what it wants me to do ... and can't find reference to them in the Rules cheatsheet.
Thanks!
Star Wars Huh (resized).jpgQuoted from CoachBacca:I’ve seen people talk about battling the emperor before on here, when is that?
The qualifications for the final wizard mode Jedi Multiball, which is the emperor battle: complete (just play) all four planet mini-wizard multiballs, reach Jedi Master, kill 100 TIE Fighters, win Lightsaber Duel, and win Escape from Boba Fett.
The game shows your progress towards this at the end of any ball where you completed at least one of the tasks, and you can also page to it in the status screens.

It's just the thematic description for the green-arrow shots for that mission, which are the left loop, left orbit, right loop, right ramp.
About 10% of the time I'm getting two balls in the shooter lane. Anyone have tips on how to fix this issue?

It depends, is it simultaneously?, or one ball, then the other?

it's weird I use to have that problem and it disappeared over time. i did increase the slope a little...
Quoted from wisefwumyogwave:It depends, is it simultaneously?, or one ball, then the other?
two balls at the same time
Quoted from DragonLord:two balls at the same time
If you're getting two balls put into the shooter Lane at the same time from one coil kick in the trough usually that's because a ball came screaming into the left outlane fast enough to push the first ball upward, then the other balls in the trough roll forward getting two balls stacked on top of each other this also happens if you're a pretty rough nudger and hard slap saver, slide saver.
If It's one coil kick placing one ball in the lane then another coil kick placing a second ball in the lane you probably have opto issues loose plugs etc at the trough. If this is the case the stern trough test in diagnostics is your friend.

I've had this very issue with magnetized balls in my SW Premium. Basically, if the highest gauss ball is at the top, or second from the top, it can "hold hands" with the adjacent ball when it gets knocked into the shooter lane. Take them all out of the trough, and move them one at a time next to a paperclip. If this is the problem, you will find it quickly. All balls magnetize eventually, especially in a game with electromagnets. Chrome balls magnetize faster than carbon steel, but I get away with using them in all of my games (except for the one that has 7 in the trough) by demagnetizing them when doing cleaning or maintenance.

Very Interesting! this is the best explanation I've heard yet. How does one demagnatize them? thx!

You would need an electromagnetic tool. The one I have has more than doubled in price, you can buy a lot of balls for far less.
First, I would make sure magnetized balls are indeed the problem. No use fixing a non-existent issue. But if one or two balls will pick up a paperclip, switch out the set, and see if your issue disappears.
I thought I was having ball trough issues. Stern even sent me new ball trough boards for free. Was just the Tie Fighter Multiball bug.

Hi guys,
Just got this game, and the EL inverter makes more noise than I can handle. It powers the side armor leds. I just installed some spike led flipper buttons and plugged them directly into the node 1 board for power. Any chance I could do similarly with these led's? Anyone have experience with that? PM me if so. Thanks!

I saw 800 were made ...I was back and forth on whether to buy one. There might still be a NIB near Chicago.
