Picking up a comic book premium tonight. Im very excited.
Bone stock but I plan on heavy modification.

#10753 2 years ago

While the R2D2 topper is cool, it is not $500-too much money cool. Any got some cool topper alternatives out there?

500$ not even close. IF you can find one now it’s 4-5 times that.

Remember when folks thought 500$ was too much for a topper? How about 1000$ for tmnt. 650 for STh.

The side art is a must IMHO, I saw it on Amazon for $99 (don't know what it is from Stern or if they still have it).

I have updated code with less yoda if you need. Would recommend that it adds a bit of variety.

Supposedly Cointaker has R2 toppers in stock!

Not listed. Not that I was in the market for one, but checked anyways.

Has anyone seen the flood light part that mean to look like the satellite dishes? I like small mods like that rather than adding a bunch of stuff, but no idea who sells them.

The Mod Couple sells those:

Save yourself some time modding and just buy this one:

The old default of 5 is probably the fairest but if you don't stack missions then maybe a 4.

Curious as to what the setting is called for this in the menu? I hate when replays levels, extra balls levels, etc are increased automatically.

#10765 2 years ago

well, 5 or 7, but not less than 5 (would be way to easy)
and about t-fighter ? somebody remind how much it was before that AUTO setting add ?

if someone is still on 1.05 can you check please... tanx

well, i'm not in front of the pin, but check for them, its a 2 minutes job

In the menu select Adjustments, then select Feature Adjustments and cycle over to #14. (#15 is for TIE Fighters)

Setting it to 4 when you select no mission stacks is actually fair IMO. 5 with stacking is easier than 4 without stacking, but to be fair I'd say the hero selection plays a role here too. I find Han and R2D2 have the easier run at obtaining an early EB.

On my machine, prior to 1.10 code to acquire an EB via TIE Fighters was set to 90 (Auto) as default.

Bringing home a premium FINALLY joining the club drove all.night to get this one

#10769 2 years ago

Has anyone made a storm troopers helmet into a topper thought about getting a plate with the holes cut out like a stern topper and getting some springs somehow hooking them up and that way when ever the shaker went off it would move it a little bit dont know if that would be enough just spit balling ideas add some led lights to it maybe

#10770 2 years ago

Has anyone seen these in person? Like I said I’m not a big mod guy, but small stuff like this that tastefully integrates the theme without changing the overall layout interests me. Be curious how people think they look.

I like mine, easy to install and they do look better I think

I have them as well. They definitely look better than the silver cones.

#10773 2 years ago

I don’t know, they seem expensive and how are they more Star Wars than a shiny cone?

#10774 2 years ago

Where is the lifetime games played I know on the newer stern it says it in the regular audit it will say lifetime underneath it

#10775 2 years ago

I see audit 16 total plays but there should be another one that says lifetime I cant find that one 16 will get reset everytime u update I'm pretty sure

#10776 2 years ago

I have v1.05 on here is there a big difference between that and 1.10

#10777 2 years ago
Quoted from nicoy3k:

Because the look like antenna/radar dishes that are seen all over the Star Wars movies instead of spot lights as seen in pinball machines. Seriously, they really look good and add a great touch aesthetically.

#10778 2 years ago

I know alot of people didnt like white on this but I love it fits the whole imperial thing just got her back home and cleaned up joining the club

1.10 is when they added lifetime plays. It will start at 0 I think

I went the ultra cheap route with the Lego Star Wars Helmets. Will be adding Darth Vader & Scout Trooper. May get crowded up there

#10784 2 years ago

Okay I thought I had to unzip everytime I download them winrar tried to unzip them the game downloads the files it just will not boot up now

#10785 2 years ago

Okay, went from a Pro to Prem and so far....

Love the Hyperloop, side art, some different sound effects that I've noticed too. However, what's up with the "interactive Millennium Falcon?"

What's so interactive about it?????

It's okay but really boring, I added an aftermarket to my Pro, wired it up to a GI light near it so when it was in video mode the engines would glow when the button was pushed among other things. This thing...ugh!

I agree, there are a number of missed opportunities when it comes to the Millennium Falcon's engine light usage.

The most obvious one is during Video Mode, it should light up when pressing the action button and maybe start flashing just before the boost runs out.

An issue to consider with the Premium/LE model is that the left sling's spotlight is positioned behind the Millennium Falcon. So any activity that the engine light could have during general play would be washed out by the bright spotlight.

But there are some moments in the game when the spotlight goes out similar to Video Mode, that's where the engine light could really do it's thing.

For instance:

The last shot in LSD.
The last shot in Hoth's mini-wizard mode.
When Mystery rewards you with anything Hyperspace related, the engine light could flash.

...there are probably some other instances but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Is this how its supposed to look still not booting up I downloaded from stern and then put them on my usb

yes it is...
did you tried another usb key ?

#10789 2 years ago

I believe the USB stick needs to be formatted as FAT32. Will not work otherwise.

and does it works OK again if you reinstall "old" 1.05 ?

#10794 2 years ago

do we have a SW post about the code idea/feedback (for Dwight) ?

#10795 2 years ago

Did you download the correct game code?

#10796 2 years ago

Can you guys (with a Pro) check your up post on the left clear ramp. Does it sit off to the side like this? It seems like it doesn't line up but also doesn't seem to hit the ramp when it pops up...Is this normal? If not does anyone know if the post mech is adjustable?

Seeing a lot of SW sales , could it be for Mando?
My opinion , Mando couldn’t shine the shoes of SW Premium
