Just sold ST but owned both at the same time. GOTG has much better code and the Borg layout and ST may have the best flow of any game ever made. I am going to say there is no wrong answer as both are great.

Code great on both. St has better flow, but beyond that gotg takes the art, shot layout, music, and an lcd to boot.
