"Battle nerd and Kahn."
That's how I first read it. Haha
Quoted from Squeakman:I couldn't disagree more. Looks fantastic all the way around.
do you dress like a box of skittles too? It looks like GLAAD had some influence on the playfield design. Seriously, Just because it's bright and sparkly doesn't mean this game can't be amazing. Just OMG all the COLORS! Now off to go watch season 1 of the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" so I can get an idea of what I want to wear to work tomorrow.
Quoted from Purpledrilmonkey:in case no one spotted it yet (thread's growing fast)

KICKBACK ON THE LEFT OUTLANE
Awesome thanks for creating this thread now you have the responsibility of editing the initial post to include all confirmed features. muuahahaha
Quoted from maddog14:Umm. Why did someone hoax us and re badge an AFM?
+1, Hit the Saucer!
yep, my thoughts also "Feature list please" honestly I think it looks great and with good code this game would play fantastic, but was expecting a bit more.
Is there a kickback on the left outlane?
Quoted from pzy:What's with the odd-looking speaker panel?
yeah, that's my biggest dislike so far
Quoted from FiveSixPyro:Awesome thanks for creating this thread now you have the responsibility of editing the initial post to include all confirmed features. muuahahaha
Haha im already compiling
Can we get any better shots of the actual game play field? anybody able to stitch anything together?
Quoted from bitCurrier:coolest shot, the Away Team
Shooting back to the shooter lane, that is so WOZ.
hmmm, I dont know....I thought I would be more in love with it on initial glance. I might have to wait to play it.
Quoted from chocky909:I like the artwork at first glance, on the playfield at least. It's much more 'cosmic' than I was expecting. Not all dark and moody.
I'm keeping an open mind, but I have to admit, I'm a FAN of dark and moody. It's one reason the Walking Dead is such an appealing theme.
Looks like the main ship will do a few things....move...thrusters move up and down...front opens, maybe to fire something. (see the big wire to the left of ship? freeze video)
Quoted from noahpdavis:A friend stitched this together from the vid.
That is a totally underwhelming art package, especially after MET
Quoted from iceman44:A whole lot of SM in there and I already own it!
Looks really cool but more of the same, can't wait to see what the price is......
This might be the first pre order pin I drop out of...........
I absolutely hate the Pro and premium art.......
I'm with you on the price if too high I will likely be out as well. I wish they would release the differences between the models and pictures.
Quoted from herbertbsharp:yeah, that's my biggest dislike so far
Because isn't that strange speaker/display panel just hiding the "big reveal" of the LCD display? Sterns version of coming from behind and KA-POW - slamming us with something new and innovative!
Quoted from herbertbsharp:has anybody been able to spot prem vs pro playfield features?
Pro has no rocks. All I can see.
Well now seeing a playfield photo it looks pretty interesting. It's going to be a fun year at the expo!
Just an observation, there almost is no playfield art. It is basically different colors merging together with some lines and very subtle star bursts.
For a guy that had like 1.5 years to design a game...my first reaction is..'that's it'?
And I agree about the art package...looks like something I could have drawn up
I noticed they are using the "new style " back box like they did on the Avengers.
Also they changed the speaker panels. Looks like the speaker inserts are now part of the speaker panel on the LE's and wont be able to change them out with something different if you was wanting to do so.
Quoted from o-din:Looks pretty cool, but I'm glad I spent my $$$ on METLE.
This is exactly what I was thinking.
Quoted from DCFAN:Just an observation, , there almost is no playfield art. It is basically different colors merging together with some lines and very subtle star bursts.
Henceforth, I'm going to refer to the game as "Star Burst."
From what I've seen, the ramp on the left is different on the pro/premium versions. The premium/le has two wireforms, the pro has a clear ramp.
The hype has been growing in posts on this game for months and seems like the big reveal has lead to a resounding "meh...". I'm not sure what anyone was expecting, but on a traditional pinball table design, I'm not sure what mindbogglingly innovative thing could have actually been done. It's always going to come down to gameplay in the end and for that, I guess we'll see.
Quoted from epthegeek:Ramp arrangement on the left is massively different on the pro.
wow, good eye, that is a lot different
I think This this just a teaser video. We have not received the normal official release information yet that we normally get a few min before the official announcement.. I suspect this is just the beginning of the information flow for the next couple of days.
Give it time and I think they will enlighten us all!
JJ
is that a lower play field window behind the right lower pop bumper...looks like a clear window heading up tward the rollover lanes?
Where the hell does that VUK fire to on the Premium/LE? The front of the starship toy?! It's missing completely on the pro also.
No rocks a plus but the ramp change seems to remove something going on in the middle of the wire form version.
