I just picked up a ST LE a couple days ago, however it had a few issues I was unaware of....one being the right side LED insert color issue. It won’t do white. They will test correctly with all the other color lights. In the white test mode, these 5 LEDS (3 target lights and 2 lane lights) were this peachy pink color (first pic). So I reseated the connectors then it gave me a peachy yellow and a couple went pink when testing on the white test (second pic). I tested each of the boards on a different CN1 source, and they all tested normal with the white, so the culprit is this cable (third pic). I tried it on a different LED board and it did the same thing with the off colors on the white.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this cable to be sending a bad signal just on the white test...and more importantly how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Well, wound up in clipping all the zip ties and found where this was plugged in getting its signal (opposite end of what is pictured above). Come to find out, there was a bent pin to where it was suppose to connect (probably happened when assembling at the factory) and one pin wasn’t in the cable plug. I straightened it, got it plugged in and it all works. Yay! One problem down, several to go!
