    Quoted from DaveH:

February 30th can't come soon enough for me. I've been waiting for these.

In what year does Feb 30th come about? This year Feb is only 28 days.

    Quoted from KenLayton:

And they *still* have not provided any schematics for "The Pin" machines. Nor have they provided game code for them. Those are Spike system machines.

What are the part numbers labeled on the boards in one of 'the pins"? Seems at least the CPU board would match the part number used in Spike 1 games list GoT and WWE.

    Quoted from Kevlar:

To answer my own question above, just replacing D9 wasn't going to do it. I just removed D9 after obtaining a replacement but on closer inspection there's further damage to the board beyond my capabilities to repair, a little square thing U9 looks blown. The board has to be replaced at my cost, it's barely more than a year old. The spike system is shit, no more Sterns for me!.

Have you contacted Stern or your Stern distributor? It might be under warranty.

    Quoted from slampt:

    Hey folks
Posted something similar in the GOTG LE thread, but thought I would post here also.
I woke up to my GOTG LE with node 10 missing, 48V check, but no other lights. I isolated the board and tested continuity between 5V and GND and sure enough there is a short.

I have tested as many components as I can and it appears
    c11 - short
    c114 - short
    c68 - short
    c33 seems ok
Located in AU and have contacted the Distributor(s) here to get a replacement bit.
Would like to try and repair if there is anyone in AU with a stead hand that can do the tiny surface caps.
No idea what caused the short though so would like to figure that out before i put a new one in and it potentially fails too. Thoughts?
    TIA

Pretty sure this write up will help.
