I would like to get 12v for some mods Im making from connector cn11 on cab node board. What is the female connector type called for this header?

    Thank You

I call it the "blow your node board" connector. I wouldn't recommend using node boards directly for power.

Get an accessory power board that fuses the current and protects your node board.

Did you ever figure out what type of connectors the stem ones are?
