When I think of Spiderman I think of the '60s art created by Ditko and Lee. Only thing new that was decent was the 90's McFarlane art run period.
Quoted from Baiter:Stern has repeatedly said VEs will ship with their original boardset.
Of course they said that, but Spike is cheaper to produce and everyone keeps wondering what Lyman has been up to for a year. So speculation of the new Spidey vault in Spike form is not out of the question. Also if in fact dots and some code changes were made it keeps it license locked from loading code in an old SAM system.
All will be revealed Monday.
Quoted from Rarehero:I'm more interested the audio/dots package. I think the art will be fine. Since they're going comics, it should at least look as good as X-Men. But what about the sound? The movie's gave them tons of great villain performances from Alfred Molina, Willem Dafoe, etc. The potential is there as they can write any dialog or mode stories they want - really interested to see how it gets pulled off. This element is what might sway me to revisit Spider-Man.
It's all starting to come together now the reason why Lyman wasn't in the new Stern building since the sighting of the new walking dead code of the live dead flip video he was working from home on the new Spidey
Quoted from hank527:Does Stern do any market research?
They read and monitor pinside daily
I keep all my receipts on games, found my Spidey. March 2007 paid $3700 delivered. I miss those days
