So I played it one night and everything was great. Turned it on last night and there is no sound, nothing. I pulled the 2 fuses from the sound board/cpu and checked them, they are good.

Any advise from here? Im not used to working on Stern games.

Yeah a new board is $600ish. Can you call Stern directly and send it in or do you have to go through a distributor?
