Both of these games have deep code. Both are very close in rank. Which would you chose for long term in home use? What do you like best about each game? Any major negatives with either game?

Wonka in a heartbeat.
It is not perfect but Wonka seems like a no brainer. Simpsons is chore by comparison.
Literally my only knock on Wonka in this comparison is younger /shorter players would need a stool moreso than most games to see the upper right flipper.
Both have crazy deep code but Wonka I could say hit this then get it in the whole. Do it 3 times to start mb.
How did you narrow it to these two?
If your kids love one of these themes, go for it. If not, JP or MM or IJ might be a little violent now but will age much better.
I’d take Simpsons over Wonka if I have to. Wonka is not for everyone. The rule set is complex and all, but the layout and sounds got old real quick. I wouldn’t buy anything for kids- how can it compete with their phone? Buy what you like. Kids will move out soon enough.
Quoted from pinballaddicted:For me, I prefer TSPP on theme alone.
+1. I feel the same way.
I took the home use with kids part out. Doesn't really matter because I am the one playing the pinballs all the time anyway. I think these games are close in value for what you get and it is a tug of war in either direction. Curious what the masses think!
