Sorry if my terminology isn't precise. On my RCT, we have extra ball award at 4, 8 and 12 million (family game, kids play a lot) and it seems to provide the best enjoyment for the family. However, when I play, I might get 20-30 million, and the next game or so I notice it increases the extra ball to 5, 10, 15, then 6, 12, 18 automatically. I haven't figured out the logic behind it and when / how often it happens, but it's a little frustrating. If this were in a revenue location I'd understand the reasoning, but when Home Use is selected, it should not automatically change the settings I set - in my opinion.

Anyone know if this can be prevented or have any thoughts?
