I ordered a shaker motor from stern. I ordered directly from them because I have a Spike 2 Iron maiden pro. I wanted to make sure I was receiving the correct shaker...HA!

The kit they sent me looks to have all the wiring and extra PCB for previous systems. It lacks the long 5 pin cable with the red and blue wires that connects to the LHS board on the machine.
Of course I cant get anyone from Stern on the phone.

Question:
Is there a fundamental difference between shaker motors? Can I make my own wire and connector and hook it up?
seriously disappointed about not being able to hook this up but dont want to damage my machine either.

Why not just write Stern? They'll either walk you through an easy retrofit (if possible), or ship you the right part... you know... like all companies do when they screw up a shipment.

*Clarification*
Always better to wait for MFG response instead of trusting a bunch of strangers with trying to retrofit a device that shakes things around on a new $5700 purchase.

What’s the best way to get in touch with them- the OP stated they are not responding to phone calls (yet, I guess)
