Considering how well Stern did with Ghostbusters sales wise (despite anything you could argue about the game in general), how possible would you guys think they release a GB II pinball table?
Or, would you think that a Ghostbusters Afterlife (in case the movie is a success) would have more chances?
Personally, I would go nuts with a GB II release. I think most people who bought GB would buy GB2 also (of course considering they make a game as good, or an even better game in general than what they did with GB1)

Ghostbusters 2 is in the Stern already made. The Scoleri Brothers are from the courtroom scene in the sequel.

You know......usually I find a lot of your comments amusing when others don't, but this was just really poor taste for a joke, even from you. Child molestation isn't a subject to joke about and it's sad all of the way around. I hope you never get to see first hand how it destroys the lives of everyone affected.

He wasn’t joking. He was telling you the reason why the idea is ridiculous. Let’s try to stick to getting offended when it is warranted.

Besides, Stern wouldn’t meet Trudeau’s asking price to design the sequel.

If they updated their Ghostbusters game to fix the flipper gap, use an lcd, and have some movie clips, it would be a big seller for sure.

A new run of GB toppers is warranted. Stern should vault 500 of those first, as that is the lowest hanging fruit.

I wasn’t making light of the situation. It was not a joke.

Why do you think the code update took 3 years? I doubt anybody there wants anything more to do with that game.

The game *is* really fun, more so with the new code, but it doesn't change the fact that you have to shove the game six ways to Sunday to avoid some middle drains that are not STDM, even with more ballsaves.

To be fair, I was more making light of your misplaced offense then of the Trudeau situation itself.
I’m personally working toward being offended by the new Jurassic Park Topper and it’s price, but I only have a few weeks into it. Hopefully, I will have earned the right soon.

Adjusting ball saves doesn’t sound promising to me. I don’t think that changes much about the way the game plays, only that ball times and game progression is increased. That could have been adjusted in settings before any code update.

For me at least, it reduced a lot of frustration from the SDTM feeds that were juuuuust too far to effectively slap save given the flipper gap. In particular the momentary ball save on ejection from the scoop.

The other notable code change to me was keeping modes lit between drains.

My games were longer as a result of the former and more rewarding as a result of the latter.
