Go into the test menu and physical move the metal rod that the tease motor rides on when the motor is running. Mine was inconsistent(working like 50%)but after applying pressure to the metal rod in a certain direction I noticed that it would work right away. So I slightly bent the rod using a screw driver and it works perfectly now.

I could hear the motor running even when my tease window wouldnt drop. If during the motor test you dont hear it running; bending the metal rod will probably not help any and you probably need a replacement motor. As always check your voltages prior to ordering parts so you're not wasting money and chasing your tail.
