Unplug opto sets one at a time until you find it.

#29 - DON'T LUBRICATE. Take apart, clean, check for worn coil sleeve, when you reassemble be sure the end of the spring doesn't get between plunger and inside of coil sleeve.
Optos - when I've run into this and narrowed it to one board the offending optos plugs onto. I remove the board, remove the old solder to the pins the optos plug onto and the pins the big connector plugs onto and flowed on new solder.
Then put back in game, plug opto connector back on and put a dab of hot glue to help hold the connector on.
