Help....I have a switch stuck and I don't know which one. Points are registering constantly and the sounds(of the switch) keeps triggering and repeating. Where do i start?

Definitely the opto's, unplugged them all and the stuck stuttering sounds went away. Plugged them in one at a time, but the "stuck" sound didn't come back. Do they need to be reset from time to time, or does this mean one of them is slowing going bad?
also, I am having issues with my ship pin #29. It sticks most of them. Any good way to lubricate it, or do i need a new one?
#29 - DON'T LUBRICATE. Take apart, clean, check for worn coil sleeve, when you reassemble be sure the end of the spring doesn't get between plunger and inside of coil sleeve.
Optos - when I've run into this and narrowed it to one board the offending optos plugs onto. I remove the board, remove the old solder to the pins the optos plug onto and the pins the big connector plugs onto and flowed on new solder.
Then put back in game, plug opto connector back on and put a dab of hot glue to help hold the connector on.
