I could not find that out.
Yes it's interactive w the game. The house lights match what the ones on the playfield are doing - and I'm guessing the dragon animates along with the playfield dragon.

I loved McKee's Transformers topper but sorry, but that Met topper is butt.
You've already got a nicely modeled Sparky on the playfield - why have a giant "off model" one on top? It's an eyesore on a beautiful game.
