I paint in the order that Pimp tells me.
But the base color on these early ss are always what is on the inside of cabinet as well.

If anyone is able to get a scan of a good 9ball pf, please contact me. I just need the typical worn out area around the balls/wizard.
I sent that earlier to playfield restorer, but it doesn't quite go far enough.

And yeah, painting the frames is a good way to freshen up.
Just clean all that oxidized crap off.
It doesn't take much time with wire wheel.
