Stern Nine Ball. Nice playfield. Not the best, but very nice . Let's see what happens.

I hate it when someone solders directly to the pins like that. I suppose they needed replacing anyway.

Plastic set needs some love...

Exactly! Your playfield is beyond "Not the best, but very nice" for this title. Your only significant wear is in the ball lock on the 3000 pt lettering, and that is a VERY high-traffic area due to the multiball launch. Most Nineballs are missing a ton of paint between the slings, and yours looks just great. It should clean up really well. Only crusty part is the Backglass IMO.

Yep, I've already ordered a CPR mirrored backglass. Hopefully it makes it all the way here without shattering!

Replaced the connectors on the rectifier board. I'm gonna add a connector between this and the isolation transformer so the rectifier board can be easily removed from the game.

Easy solution, sell it to me and I’ll finish it

Problem with that is you can get brand new one so cheap, and better made, that when replaced it should never needed to be touched again. But hey, we all like projects

That doesn't connect to an isolation transformer it connects to the transformer!

No need to put connector on it - couple of screws and connectors removed, entire transformer board + rectifier board assembly comes out of the game.

agreed, 4 crews on transformer and 3 on rectifier board and you can take the whole thing out or 6 screws for the wood piece it is sitting on
