Am I grateful for Stern? Absolutely! I am thankful everyday they stay in business and keep pinball alive! Many of us have had issues and for the most part everyone has been taken care of. Sterns customer service in regards to defects and imperfections has been top notch in my book. If you have a good distributor you should be taken care of 100%. Can Stern do a better job with quality control-Absolutely. As long as Stern is in business I will continue to support them and purchase NIB-thank you sir may I have another?
