I also find it hysterical when you guys act so grateful to stern when they help you out to fix the problem with your pin. They are supposed to bend backwards for their customers that are paying $$$$, but you guys got it backwards. You jump and bend over whenever they tell you to and then ask them" when do you want me to do it again?" LOL.
Well admittedly I'd be a little upset about your situation, but yours is the exception not the norm. Here's a thread that shows overwhelmingly that most are happy with their purchase.
