Where's a 9062 used? Or typo?

Last batch of 9602's (U16) and 74F37's (U15) cost me a *fortune*. I don't buy parts from the cheap Chinese sources which may or may not work. These came from a US company which has Cert of Compliance to track them back to original mfr --- no counterfeits.
