Cost of doing business was our main factor for not opening a warehouse and fulfillment facility in Chicagoland (the need was definitely there to serve our customers). There were plenty of warehouses for sale at very low prices in '09, but once we factored in the high taxes, employee benefits and general operating expenses for doing business in Chicago, we ran as fast as we could.
So I can see Stern wanting to move to surrounding states for a newer and/or larger facility. We ended up doing the same thing.
