Alltek boards always have to have the system clear mode used (dip setting) for meteor even if it's the first use fresh out of the box before the sounds are correct. I've experienced this a few times, spinner is especially noticeable because it seems as if the board doesn't keep up with the spinner. Once you do the system clear, turn off then reset dip for meteor then all is good.
