Quoted from zh2oson:I can't wait to make a final judgement on this game after watching the promo video!
For some, all it takes is a few blurry pics to determine GAME OF THE YEAR status.

Quoted from Deez:In for 2 LEs. I'll have one for sale later if anyone is interested.
Oh, how thoughtful!
Quoted from DinoTX:Can't wait!!! My all time favorite band.
Ahhh, but is Robert Plant your all time favorite singer??? *nudge, nudge*
Quoted from EMpins16:If they put Achilles Last stand on it I’ll have to take the tilt Bob off. I’ll be shaking the hell out of the game the whole time
One of their best songs, and arguably my favorite LZ song.
...almost as good as "Megalomania" by Sabbath.
But seriously. It's a killer track. *Makes me want a 70's model Les Paul now. Pinball and guitars are not a good mix for the wallet.
Quoted from Sako-TRG:Call outs?
Seriously doubt the band will be doing this.
Plant doesn’t sign sh^t for anyone.
So, are you gonna have Ritchie doing silly call outs like he did on Black Knight - example “Run home to mommy “
If so, it will be Led Balloon
I really hope they do i great job though as I love the rock pins but it’s going to be compared against GnR.
I'm not in the market for this machine, but would like to play it.
With that said, I hope they dont go a "cartoony" route. Live concert footage and high quality images of the band, mixed with images and symbols from their albums will work just fine.
Not every release should demand crazy artwork, goofy callouts or the need to go on some storyline quest. Sometimes simple is the way to go.
Quoted from dos_reboot:There's a whole lotta love in this thread.
Everytime I read "whole lotta love" I can just hear the guitar riff following the lyric in my head.
Quoted from sushko:Omg called my distributor and he delivered it today.

Quoted from sushko:Maybe it look like mine. I made this about 7 years ago. I did call the distributor and am down for an LE. I CAN'T WAIT.
Can you make a Black Sabbath edition? Then you can use that fan on top to blow a line of coke into the player's face for "Snowblind Multiball."
Pro is the way to go on this one, I think.
Looking at the layout, I can see it will play fast. Looks similar to T2, if you take away the cannon and add a 3rd flipper, plus ramp instead of skull.
Ultimately, it will be interesting to see (and hear) how the experience ties into the game play. Wish Achilles had been one of the songs though...
Looking forward to trying it out, as I do like Led Zeppelin and 70s rock music in general.
However, I have no interest in owning this. Only potential NIB purchase for me would have to be the Sabbs, if done right.
Quoted from mof:This question has been asked dozens of times by many people over the last 10+ years:
Q: How does this "safe-version" of a "pop pen" add fun to the game?
A: (rollover lanes?) is often a half-answer, but I don't see any rollover lanes on this one.
SR, why are you holding up my ball with pops with no risk for a drain?
Stern, why do you keep putting "safety-first" walled-off pop pens in games?
-mof
The only thing I can think of is ball-stalling during multiball?
Quoted from chuckwurt:People care WAY too much about what these games look like. So much that they won’t even give it a chance because of how it looks. DOA even before it’s played. It’s nuts to me.
Same. I just dont get it. And some of the comments just reek of hate. Like, people are just pissed off over how some pinball machines look.
Like, hey, it's only pinball.
Quoted from Nickson:Game looks like shit!
The game looks great. And dare I say, it has some of the best LCD content i've seen for a pinball machine. Love the retro look!
Sabbath fan here. So as far as dream theme, i'm not really interested in owning LZ or GnR.
But if I had the money to spend, and to just choose 1, it would be Led Zeppelin.
Reason being is that I really like the throw back images on the LCD, plus classic concert footage is a huge factor.
I dig the 70s in general and I think the machine overall just has that kind of look to it. It's not a cartoon parody of the band, it IS the band.
I like that 2 of the 3 models used album artwork. Not sure if I like the Pro or Premium better. What the Pinside School of Art experts don't fully understand is that there is a satisfaction that comes from examples of minimalism. Sometimes, less is more.
This can also apply to gameplay. I don't need some ramp fest toy overload gadget theme park under glass. I'll play 'em, but i'm playing for layout, first and always. Give me a killer layout that plays well with some spinners and drops and orbits. Oh look, this game has all of that.
This game is really looking good, and i'm excited to play one....even though Sabbath is a much better band.
