Quoted from Chuckwebster:Its a music pin- music pins always sell and hold their value far greater than any other genre. Even Stern Rolling stones is fetching over 5k right now. The only exception that i can think of to this is Beatles Platinum edition (and thats because of failed distribution plan).
Regardless what anyone thinks of LZ -it will sell well and become a highly sought after pin once it goes out of production.
I have an LE on order. I think it's the best to have good variety when you have a bunch of pins. I've been playing GNR and it's it's great but difficult, you have to keep the songs going by making shots, almost like Rockband if you've ever played that on Xbox and there's a lot of pressure to make shots or else you don't hear the music. I like it, it's good, but Zep is my all time favorite band and with songs like Rock n' Roll, Song Remains the Same, Immigrant song, etc.. I am so happy that Steve & Tim made this one fast and with spinners, long shots and the music constantly playing! Imo it would not work if too strategic & played like some other rock pins. Growing up we used to wait all week to hear 'Get the Led Out' on the radio, I believe it was on Friday nights and this is what I WANT when I'm done playing GNR. Just to be able to go over to this machine and just let it rip and at the same time, even where the code is now it's in infantile state, there's still a lot to accomplish. The ? Wizard mode, gut tells me they are planning something really cool too, whether that's Stairway or something from Celebration day, who knows? but definitely worth playing long to accomplish. Realistically, I don't think there's a better party type game in my collection that's arcade like where someone can just walk up to an play. It's much needed and as far as sought after and value, nobody can ever go wrong with the tune selection, the catalog in this game is timeless. Looking forward!
