So I had an unfortunate event tonight, shattered my JP LE backglass. Anyone have experience with getting a replacement from stern, considering it’s glass and not a translite? And approximate cost if so? Feeling down, lol
Unless policy has changed you must confirm ownership of LE and must send them the old one. They will replace but they are also good about not letting them go out for anything other than to replace broken LE ones.
Not sure on cost anymore and I'm sure its changed.
Yeah I understand them not wanting LEs just getting out considering that’s the whole point. Mine is completely shattered so nothing to send back. Took a pic though. Will call tomorrow of course just wondering if others have ever had to deal with it

I asked this question on the tour and was told you must send in old broken glass.
