Play around in the settings. There should be one for knocker on/off. Should be more for when to award a credit whether it be a high score or replay. If that award is set to credit, the knocker should go off when you achieve those things.

No list that I know of. They are just settings. Go through each list one by one. Probably in the standard game adjustments.
