Have you tried reseating the cable where it plugs into the opto and reseating it where it plugs into node board 9? That was my problem. I have had it stop working maybe 5 or 6 times and I keep having to reseat at node board 9, must be a loose connection there in mine. Seems to happen about once every other month.
