Page 14 has the switch matrix. However these are newer spikes which mean some "cat 6 looking cable" and node boards. I would physically look at the sling switchs and verify wire color via the manual. Also unplug and plug back in the node board.
What code version are you on?

Scary how expensive those boards are to replace for such a minor/odd issue, and not easily fixable to boot. Yikes!

Glad that helped figure this out. Yeah luckily you’re under warranty. Otherwise there are a couple threads about breaking down the node boards so we have documentation for repairing. I would be super curious what your boards issue is and a fix
