One distributor I emailed wrote to me saying $5.6K, but is that street price or lowest-publishable price? They are different.

Well, the good news is I received an email today and it said code is about finished on the game and the goal is even the pros shipping overseas in two weeks will be shipping with 1.0

Will they need two solid weeks to get them out?

My bad, that was supposed to say domestic Pros. Word-for-word the email read "at the moment the code for Iron Maiden is near complete. The plan is to have 1.0 code in the game by the time domestic Pros begin shipping in about 2 weeks"

We can email a price it just has to be the minimum advertised price. The street price as you're calling it which is unilateral is all but gone on this model. Minimum advertised and Street have basically become equal across the board. If you've noticed they dropped the map pricing from guardians premium to Iron Maiden premium $300 which was the old street price so they are now the same number.

Pretty sure some US locations will have them in the next week to 10 days.

MSRP on the Premium is $7,599, surely you're not saying that's what the game is going to actually cost?

They streamed it yesterday but didn't archive it "because; reasons", which may be copyright related because of the music, or may have been a request from Stern since the code isn't final.

I have high hopes for Keith's layout and ruleset. The 500 unit LE run is also a big perk IMO.. love they include invisiglass as well.
I think because it's Keith's first pin with Stern and also a new coder who is likely hungry and wanting to make a name for himself is also a big plus here. Keith is a true player, and I can see him wanted to dial this thing in and make a name for himself as well. This could be a grand slam for Stern like MET so im rolling the dice again!

I am spending $9K on a toy which is a lot of cash. To just accept a pile of shit because it's 'pinball' is not my style. Maybe yours, but not mine. No, not really. Stern had already announced a replacement program and had replaced a few playfields.
You just bumped yourself to the front of the line by making a stink.

I couldn’t agree more with everything you just said. Told my buddies on Sunday that I’d never buy a new in box pin without playing it first.
Today? Put my deposit down on an LE.

Thanks for confirming. Makes waiting for the Premium reveal much easier now, my excitement from yesterday is gone. Sure it will be a great game, I have a ton of faith in Keith Elwin and the Archer layout delivering, but these prices are a ludicrous dash of cold water. I paid less than that for my Metallica LE, and with that one at least I liked the band.
I guess we'll see, but my thoughts of selling my Tron or Metallica are fading now. Maybe I'll trade my Alien for one some day.

embrace ur downvotes I say, I love when something I've said has irritated pinsiders especially the pretentious PC element and the guys who sell/operate games.
