    Hi there,

I recieved 2 (Prem/LE) Insider Connect Kits yesterday. Unfortunately one of the included USB Wifi Dongles is not recognized.
I have tried it on multiple machines, 1 USB Dongle is recognized the other one not.
    Included came the following:

Anyone have an idea what I could do? My machines are all on the latest code, if I use a Dongle (from Godzilla for example where it is factory installed) on a machine where the supplied USB dongle is not recognized, it works flawlessly. So for sure the issue is the supplied USB dongle.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated

I had a friend have these issues. He reset the adapter many times and reconnected it multiple times. After a while it worked. You could also purchase a wifi adapter on Amazon for around $20.

Found the „solution“ - if your adapter is not recognized by your pinball, insert it fully into the USB port then slightly pull it out a again a tiny bit. Now the adapter is recognized. Akward but working now.
