So…I’m getting Godzilla on Monday and my location does not have wifi. Does the game itself need to be connected to wi fi or does insider just connect to your phone via the QR code?

When you first log into your new Pro account, it prompts you to apply a location to become verified. Right now, it's registered to an unverified location, so it considers it the same as if it's in a home environment. It's less complicated than it sounds. I just tried to recreate all the steps I went through for you.

So…I’m trying to get my location Godzilla to show up on Sterns IC site. I got a pro (operator) account, filled out the info for my location and submitted it to Stern. It now shows up under my pro account but will not let me transfer the game to the location on the website. Anyone encounter this prob? Should I unregister my game from my player account and reregister under the location account?

Update: I unregistered the game and my pro account doesn’t have a tab to register a game. Wtf?

I never got an email back confirming but I can now toggle between pro and player account on the Stern website. Still can’t figure out how to re register my game under the pro account though. I’m starting to care less every day at this point haha.

Ahhhh gotcha, I figured since I had the serial I could re-register from home on the site. I’ll do it next time I head over to my location.

When you say “go to menu to disconnect”. Do you mean from the internet? I see no menu item to disconnect from IC (ive already de-registered the game on the site. Now when I scan the QR on the LCD it just brings up my previous account from ‘gameroom’ (which doesn’t exist actually as none of my patrons can scan their accounts.
Update: Figured it out…very counter intuitive haha. Thank you for your previous guidance though. Much appreciated!

Unregister the game on the site and re-register under your personal account from the QR code that pops up on the LCD screen of your game in settings. Very easy.
