I took a screenshot and set it as the photo face on my watch. Took about 4 tries to get it centered just right and reading is a bit fiddly but it works. It’s just two swipes away all the time.

If nothing else but for the kids to watch their own scores/skills raise as they catch up to 40 years of pinball experience.
I'm not sure I want synchronous head to head. Fast break is good but concurrency is a real issue. Who wants to wait for an opponent?
I would love ghosts and to maybe put my app alongside the machine and see me race against the scores of other people.
That's interesting but you can do that asynchronously. And is essentially the logical conclusion of geographic and time limited leaderboards.
Some weirdo will decide they want to be the "mayor" of Muensters LEs and try to take the throne everyday. Make them work for it.
I really like the system and my biggest ask is that there is more fun for folks who are NOT at the top of the leaderboards. My kids (along with most normal people on location) are never going to hit grand champion, what fun things can be done to keep them engaged, improving, and surprising themselves?
At the top of the hour, randomly pick a machine and the #1 score gets a free beer/appy. Limit 1 per person per day.
some of my devices (phone, especially) have been stuck like that, but I tried chrome on my laptop and it worked.
There was an opening for Director of Product for Insider last month (they did not call me back)
I'd assume they are investing even more. That's a long term play.
when the donkey is trying to integrate with multiple game software teams all constrained by staggered hardware launches, someone dedicated to chasing down questions and getting answers 100% makes for a better product.
That audio moment when you login and how the icons show up on the machine are definitely western design house.
It's a really nice design, IMO
while I am sure nobody wants a cut of the take... I (a hyper online millennial) never have quarters or cash on my person. Operators might enjoy a ~low cost way to take payments from affluent potential players who otherwise wouldn't be able to play at all?
Quoted from Chalkey:To be clear, this was for the arch only not the IC kit. Which is another 2 hunny. Crying still.
I got billed from whichever Zach Meny's company is. No email or anything, just a bill for the part so hopefully he has it in hand and it will ship soon.
He posted it on Facebook today. I got an order in at my local distro for one too.
Ouch, but it's an old design and I'm happy they threw the comic art decal in there. Sick of bending down to scan my watch. Lol.
