I’m thinking about ordering these, but sadly they don’t work for Elvira for some reason.

Anyone know if Stern is ever going to do the pre LCD display games? Is it even possible for them to go back and have Star Trek (for example) on this system? That would be really awesome.

I understand that is how it is currently; however, is that how it will be forever or will Stern be able to find a way to retrofit the DMD games at some juncture in the future?

Well, perhaps they could make more robust kits for the SAM games. The benefit would be them selling more kits. I think the $200 price tag is introductory and it’ll go up to $300. They could ask for $400 for old SAM games like Star Trek and Metallica…people would pay.

Are the kits to make EHOH ready for install available though? It seems it’s been excluded along with BM66 from the kits so far due to a configuration reason.

Any Black Friday sales in the kit? I’m sure not, but thought I’d check.

Just to piggy back on your very correct statement, I couldn’t imagine Stern’s legal counsel would sign off on Stern building in destructive code on products already put into commerce in some cases years prior (and on commercial products with coin doors to boot)…likely too much risk for their legal counsel to sign off on that.

I just ordered a premium kit for my EHOH…everyone says it works fine. I think its the LE that needs something special in the kit on EHOH.

I’m sure this has been asked before, but question:

My six year old wants a Stern insider connected account but he doesn’t have an email. Does Stern have an option to get someone who does not have an email address an account? Can I just load him up under my same email or do I need to create a throw away email account for him?

My son has ten characters in his user name and oddly his user name won’t come up on the screen when he logs in…just his initials. Any idea why this might be? Are ten letters - though permissible for abuser name - too long to display on the machine screen itself?

I wonder if I contacted Stern directly if it would be possible for them to do some sort of override. It couldn’t possibly be that hard for them to do.
