I just got Godzilla pro, connected it to the Wi-Fi, tested the connection, and still I can’t get it to scan my QR code. Is there another step I am missing?

Apparently you need to register the machine. I got it.
Has anyone actually been able to set up a location account? My Godzilla is basically registered to my personal account and Stern had not responded to my request to create my operator account. You would think that they would be quick to configure their Stern Army locations.

Stern is watching the forums. They contacted me directly and fixed it immediately. Absolutely amazing service!
Has anyone had an issue installing an insider connected kit on a Black Knight LE? I know it is a little different since it doesn’t have an interlock switch, but outside of that I don’t know that there are any differences.
My scanner will not scan on this one. I have done three others with no issue. If I unplug the RJ45 it detects the scanner is unplugged immediately, but it won’t ever scan a QR code otherwise.
