I have a Mando pro that I am finally getting around to setting up the Insider Connected feature that it came with. I got the game in mid May. When I go to the Network menu, it says:

QR Scanner: not installed
QR Scanner Bootloader: 0.0.0
MicroSD card: Installed
USB WiFi Adapter: Installed

This came installed from the factory/dealer (Marco). I checked the LAN cables, they are all installed. Photos attached. Stumped. Searched the forums, didn't find much. Watched the Stern YouTube video on how to install the module if you were upgrading, and all the connections look good. Going to call support tomorrow, but thought maybe someone here would have an idea.

With the coin door open and the Insider Connected screen displayed, try using your finger to press the doorframe button to simulate the door being closed. See if when you do this the screen stays on but recognizes the hardware.

I saw hoping that was the trick. Still doesn't see it. During game boot up the module does flash twice.

Can you take a picture of the underside of the camera?

There is a small board behind the camera with a couple connectors. It's very easy for those connectors to brake loose.
