    Hi,

For a new Munsters LE, I purchased a 60$ topper. I would like to put 2 leds inside the coach.

How should I connect them to operate like a GI at machine start ?

    Thanks

I would not connect to any leds on pf. This could damage a node board and void warranty.
Possibly external power supply to power any mods would.be best.

Can I connect straight to the transformer ?

Transformer will be AC output. LEDs will work with AC, but they will "shimmer" and be SUUUUUPER annoying.

You could do it with the proper rectificiation and smoothing caps.

If it were me, just buy a 5V wall wart and plug it into the service outlet. It would be on all the time though, the only real downside to doing it this way.

Maybe use the 12vdc splitter from Pinball Life, and get a few 12v LED's from Comet? (I believe they sell 12volt bulbs.)
